Brewing Instructions

Simple brewing method:

Tie Guan Yin is relatively stable when brewed with proper temperature (90-95°C). Avoid boiling water which can extract excessive bitterness. The tea develops beautifully through multiple infusions. Each steeping reveals new layers of flavor. Excellent for all-day drinking.
